Project Stretch travels to Ukraine with team Ned Brookes DMD, Elina Fayzilberg RDH and Joyce Smallcomb RDH. The trip is to Odessa with the help of our host organization UAC Ukraine Relief (Universal Aid for Children) and our sponsors Pulpdent and Mt. Ida.
The trip will be to meet with UAC and their dentist and visit the orphanages of Odessa. We will meet with the children and orphanage directors, have dental education classes, help with a dental screening and visit a dental clinic. We will also give a dental hygiene demonstration as dental hygiene is becoming a new profession in Ukraine.
